General Return Policy
All items are eligible for return as long as they meet the necessary conditions.

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, items must be undamaged. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it, and if approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

This is valid only for UAE orders. All the orders from Indonesia and GCC are non-refundable/exchangable.
