Awesome service from drawdeck. Especially Fritzie on WhatsApp chat who was able to assist me in securing a delivery before an event I have and Lester (delivery colleague) for his professionalism and positive attitude. This is my second time buying prints and frames from them and he was able to remember my name and other location where the frames were delivered (super impressed). Defo recommend buying from these guys - absolutely professional!

Excellent company, we used to live in Dubai and had used them several times. I was recently in Dubai for 2 days on business and asked on the off chance they could sort us out with 2 pictures at very short notice. This was no problem and a few hours after ordering them online i collected them at their warehouse. Fritzie was very responsive on WhatsApp and provided excellent customer service!

The products are excellent, you can tell by the vibe that this company genuniley cares about art, its real and an investment that is worth it. In my opionion, the best part was the comibation in the customer service. They helped me allot and you could tell the person on the other side genuniley cares. Beutiful brand, product and people. My second time purchasing art work from drawdeck and once again I was not disappointed with their incredible range of pieces and stellar customer service. Unfortunately I had ordered three pieces but despite measuring my wall they were too small for my liking. With one quick email to their customer service team, Fritzie stepped in to help me out. No stress, no drama, she arranged for someone to collect the art pieces in 2 days and despite me wishing to exchange the pieces for bigger sizes she immediately issued me a refund with no questions asked. I reordered, the new items arrived and they are now beautifully placed on my wall. Thank you Fritzie for you friendliness, speedy support and generally being a customer champion for drawdeck - a lot of organisations in Dubai could learn a lot from you on how to treat other human beings. I recently purchased framed art from Draw Deck, and I’m beyond impressed—not just with the quality of the art but with their outstanding customer service. After receiving my pieces, I initially hung them myself, and unfortunately, one of them fell and broke. I reached out to the team, and they were incredibly kind and responsive. They picked up the damaged frame, repaired it, and this time, I asked for professional installation. Everything is now perfectly in place and looks amazing on my wall. Truly grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with Drawdeck in particular with Fritzie who provided the best customer service via Whatsapp. I ordered during EID holidays and was told I would receive my framed picture on Saturday. I asked via Whatsapp if Friday delivery was possible, Fritzie managed to expedite the order to arrive on Friday. Next thing you know, I was told I could expect the framed picture on Thursday at no extra charge. Amazing customer service and the product quality to match! Highly recommend

I’d been wanting to purchase some pictures from Drawdeck for a while. Finally at Christmas I decided to buy my two little boys a picture for their bedroom walls. The process of ordering and paying was really easy and there is such a unique selection of pictures to choose from. There are also so many so you are spoilt for choice. As price options are good based on frame , size etc. I got a text message to say my order had been received as well as updates along the way. It was quick to deliver. They kept within their word of 3-5 working days . Pictures were delivered to our home. All bubble wrapped. Great product, service and delivery. I’ll definitely be ordering again! Value for money too.
