RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at drawdeck! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of the delivery, you can opt for the exchange or refund. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges.

General Return Policy
All items are eligible for return/exchange as long as they meet the necessary conditions and within the 14 days of the delivery.

Special Note on Promotional Sale Periods
During sitewide promotions (such as Flat Sales, any other offers), returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of damaged goods, quality defects, or incorrect items received.

Orders placed before the start of a sale are not eligible for return or repurchase at the discounted price. This ensures fairness for all customers during promotional periods.

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, items must be undamaged. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it, and if approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

This is valid only for UAE orders. All the orders from Indonesia and GCC are non-refundable/exchangable.
